These terms cover the Driveglot website and learning product. Questions about these terms can be sent to driveglot@gmail.com.

Learning purpose

Driveglot is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a service of any DMV, BMV, DOL or other government agency. It does not issue driving licences, provide official exam questions or guarantee an exam result.

English is the main learning text. Subtitles are study support; they are not certified translations and do not determine the languages available in an official test. Question sets may contain recurring learning scenarios across states. Practice counts, targets and game rules must not be treated as verified official requirements unless the app explicitly identifies the checked source and profile. Always confirm current requirements with your state's official authority.

Safe use

Use Driveglot when safely parked or away from traffic. Do not operate the app while driving a real vehicle. The simulator simplifies vehicle behaviour and does not replace supervised driving instruction.

Your permitted use

You may use the app for personal study, subject to the applicable store licence. Do not use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law. Third-party software, fonts and sign resources retain their respective licences; see licenses and credits. These terms do not override rights granted by those licences or mandatory consumer law.

Website preview

The public website provides a promotional 3D scene and a short practice quiz. It does not include the full app games or save your app study progress. Displayed progress is an example, and the three website questions are learning examples rather than official exam questions. The app release date and final download price have not been announced. There is no checkout on this website.

Progress and availability

Progress is stored locally and may be lost when app/site data is removed, storage is cleared or the device is lost. The current build provides no cloud restore or cross-device account synchronisation. Features may change as the app is updated. We take reasonable care with study content but cannot promise error-free information or uninterrupted availability. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

App Store purchase

The iOS release is planned as a paid app downloaded through the App Store. The download price will be shown by Apple before purchase. Apple processes payment and handles purchase history, redownloads and refund requests under its policies. There is no recurring subscription or in-app purchase in Driveglot. Redownloading the app does not restore deleted local study or game progress. The final price and availability will be displayed in the store when the app is released.

Platform terms and support

For an App Store download, the applicable Apple licence agreement also governs use of the app, including Apple's standard EULA where no approved custom EULA is supplied. Apple Game Center is governed by Apple's own terms. Contact Driveglot support for content or technical problems.
